The example projects below are a snapshot of the engagements we have completed since the inception of Skotte Group in 2022. We are incredibly proud of the breadth and depth of the work we have performed in the short period since we started in business and hope these highlights adequately demonstrate what we do.
Prior to forming the business Mark, Jesper and our senior team have worked on a range of high profile, complex and challenging programs across government and the private sector in Australia and overseas. These roles include financial and operational turnaround across the health sector, technology program turnaround and leadership, large scale strategic procurement, infrastructure program prioritisation and mobilisation among many others. A number of our team were also heavily involved in mobilising government responses to the Covid pandemic in Queensland and also in the UK. Many of our team have also held leadership roles across the public sector.

Brisbane 2032 – Delivery Model Assessment
Partnered with EY to produce an options assessment of alternative infrastructure delivery resourcing options for the 2032 Olympic Games infrastructure program. Our work included assessment of the Delivery Partner model and its variants, development of a costed resourcing plan and development of an associated transaction plan.
LifeFlight Commercial Negotiations
Supported LifeFlight in their commercial negotiations with Queensland Health on an extended 10 year, $1bn services contract. Our role included the provision of advice on the proposed key performance indicator regime, review of the penalties regime and reviewing the financial model(s) underpinning the transaction. Queensland Health and LifeFlight announced the signing of the new agreement in early 2024.
Stanwell Delivery Function Diagnostic
Engaged to undertake a review of the capability and capacity of Stanwell’s Project Execution Function to deliver its growing pipeline of renewable energy projects. Our role involved developing an overview of the resourcing requirements to support the delivery of the capital program as well as the target operating model to ensure efficiency in delivery. As part of this engagement, we developed a phased road map and implementation plan to support Stanwell’s transition to the target operating model.
Police Rostering System Project – Review
Delivery of a planning and implementation study and reforecasting for the Victoria Police workforce management and rostering program. The review included assessment of scope, integrations with payroll, Oracle ERP and other systems, implementation planning and benchmarking, financial analysis and costing and implementation strategy and planning.
Police Rostering System – Market Scan and Procurement Strategy
Completed a rostering solution market scan and development of a procurement strategy and market engagement approach reporting to the Project Board.
