    Mark Wilde

    Mark has worked in and on behalf of the public sector in Australia and the UK for over 25 years. With a background in finance and commercial advisory, the latter part of Mark’s career has focused on leadership of complex policy implementations and programs. These include major infrastructure, technology, business transformation and turnaround programs. Mark has highly developed leadership, problem solving and commercial negotiation skills, having been a Partner with EY and establishing his own very successful consulting practices in Australia and subsequently in the UK. His exceptional interpersonal skills mean he has the ability to quickly build credible, trusted relationships at senior levels and with strong influencing skills at board, executive and political levels.

    For over 20 years Jesper has led complex, high profile change and transformation programs across the Australian public sector. With a background in health service management and with a particular focus on strategy, data, digital and technology transformation, he has become a trusted advisor to health agencies in QLD, NSW, SA and Commonwealth as well as to the broader public sector. Jesper has led major commissioning and contestability policy reforms across NSW, QLD and the Commonwealth governments. Equally comfortable working at executive and operational delivery levels, Jesper has successfully delivered end-to-end organisational restructures, developed and delivered complex public policy, large scale change programs, high risk technology implementation turnarounds and led supply chain/logistics response during COVID-19 resulting in major business transformation.

    Richard has over 15 years of experience in a variety of senior leadership roles within both the public and private sectors. Richard is recognised for his strong leadership and ability to assist organisations achieve their strategic objectives. Richard has strong program and project management experience in public sector organisations undertaking large transformational change programs. Richard has significant experience leading the development and implementation of public policy including complex politically sensitive stakeholder engagement and navigating required approval processes to achieve required outcomes efficiently.

    Seaton is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in leadership roles across both public and private sectors. During this period, he has predominately focussed on the Transport sector in Queensland, including several key roles in the transformation of service delivery for Queensland Commuters. His expertise includes leading strategy and policy development, transformation program design / delivery and integrated operational planning. Seaton has a track record in the successful delivery of significant change in complex stakeholder environments, including navigating the complexities of delivering outcomes in a multi-agency environment with a wide range of stakeholder interests.

    Sarah is a highly skilled and experienced finance professional with over 15 years of experience in a variety of roles in both the public and private sector. With a background in finance and analysis, business improvement, project management and corporate recovery, Sarah’s strong analytical skills and attention to detail enable her to identify and define opportunities and implement effective strategies that drive change. Sarah’s interpersonal skills enable her to build strong and trusted relationships with senior leaders and executives.     Nina is a former major projects lawyer who combines her legal expertise with strong commercial acumen to help clients with the planning and delivery of complex infrastructure programs in the transport, health, utilities and social infrastructure sectors. Nina’s experience spans the private and public sectors providing legal, commercial and project management support to State and Federal Governments. Nina is a pragmatic commercial advisor with a breadth of experience working across multiple infrastructure classes from both a legal and commercial perspective.

    Nicolette is an experienced project manager with extensive delivery expertise working across Government agencies. Her project management roles include digital and technology transformation, major events, disaster recovery and transformation of central services including payroll, finance and logistics. Nicolette has played a significant role in the Gold Coast Commonwealth Game organisation and legacy assessment, being part of an award winning team that delivered the Gold Coast Commonwealth Game Legacy report. Nicolette also brings deep experience in procurement planning, ICT operating models and management, PMO design and mobilisation and business case delivery.

    Richard has over 15 years experience in project delivery across the health, transport and mining sectors. An engineer by training, Richard also has qualifications in applied finance which has allowed him to deliver numerous investment business cases as well as hands on program leadership roles. Richard has recently assisted central government agencies with the roll-out of major policy initiatives in the infrastructure sector and has a strong background in integrated health infrastructure. He offers our clients expert project leadership skills combined with expertise in contract management, design management, commercial advice, communications and engagement.

  • Andrew Harvey

    Andrew has substantial experience in leading complex infrastructure programs and projects, while working closely with both State and Federal Governments. He has a strong track record in strategy, procurement, design management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of high value, high risk public and private sector projects. Andrew has formal tertiary qualifications in transport planning, civil engineering and property. He has worked as a development manager and project director for more than 20 years in a variety of Government contract, consulting and private developer roles. Andrew provides strategic project management advice in senior forums, with experience working directly for senior executives in a variety of State Agencies.

His expertise includes project management, commercial and procurement strategies, and effective organisational development.

    Oliver joined Skotte Group in 2022 as a graduate and was promoted to the role of Consultant in February 2023. Oliver has exceptional mathematical modelling, data analytics and reporting skills, making him a valuable asset to any complex program that needs structure reporting. Oliver has technical expertise in Power BI, R, Matlab, C#, SQL and Tableau. Oliver has exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong communication and engagement skills, resulting in customer needs being well interpreted in his reporting output and designs.

Carlos is able to provide clients with a deep understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, accounting principles, valuations, and data analysis.

    Nicole is a highly successful HR executive with over three decades of diverse industry experience. She is an engaging leader and can form robust partnerships internally and externally to drive business growth while nurturing employee engagement and motivation. Nicole is continuously refining and enhancing our internal policies and procedures to align with industry best practices and is also adept at managing various transactional HR responsibilities. As we as a business continue to grow, the support and guidance Nicole provides us and our staff is invaluable. Nicole is with us on a part-time basis as she concurrently and successfully operates her own HR consultancy.

    Kelly brings a wealth of expertise across the spectrum of accounting functions. Her tenure with Skotte Group dates back to our inception in 2022, initially joining as a dedicated bookkeeper. As of January 2024, she transitioned into the role of Business Manager, a testament to her invaluable contributions. In this capacity, Kelly not only oversees the company’s financial records but also integrates them with operational metrics, generating comprehensive reports vital for strategic decision-making regarding resource allocation and staffing. Her keen eye for detail and extensive knowledge renders her an indispensable asset to our back-office operations. Kelly concurrently manages her own accounting consultancy alongside her responsibilities at Skotte Group.
