Contract management: Assisting a major UK NHS Board in addressing concerns over the performance of a flagship PFI hospital services contract.
Operational Turnaround: Program Director for a series of operational and financial transformation programs in the UK Health Sector including at NHS Medway, NHS Tayside and NHS Highland and provision of advice to the Scottish Government on system-wide transformation support models.
Covid Response: Support to UK NHS (Test and Trace) and NHS Boards in Scotland on Covid response, PMO mobilisation and pandemic response governance models.
Policy Development and Delivery: Advice on the Early Years Expansion Programme, establishing programme management office, programme governance framework and supporting feasibility assessments and consultation for the doubling of early years education in Scotland a flagship policy of the Government.
Technology transformation: Programme leadership of the NHS 24’s Operational Improvement Programme, with specific focus on the successful implementation of a new SAP based call-centre technology system.
Covid-19 supply chain: Leading the Queensland Health supply chain response to COVID-19 to ensure that adequate pandemic stock was available at the outset of COVID-19 and during the Omicron outbreak.
Quarantine: Establishing the policy response to quarantine and isolation within the second largest state in Australia, including the governance model supporting the cross-government response, the delivery of purpose-built infrastructure and the development of an over-arching end to end management model across the state.
Service contestability: Leading policy design and implementation for commissioning and contesting government services in Queensland and NSW.
Operational Turnaround: Rapid turnaround of Enterprise Resource Planning and rostering programs in distress in the largest organisations across the Queensland and New South Wales Governments.
Strategy development: Including the National Digital Health Strategy, Southeast Queensland Infrastructure Plan and Program, Queensland Government Critical Reserve, and more.
