Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Developing high quality strategic and analytical written and verbal advice.
- Supporting the establishment programs of work on behalf of our clients, often leading a workstream within a program to support the Program/Project Director.
- Mentor junior team members and advance their capabilities and capacity.
- Supporting the development of clear, well written and easy to understand reports and presentations based on your analysis to assist clients in understanding complex problems.
Required Experience / Qualifications
- 4+ years’ employment experience in roles that demonstrate overall competency relevant to the needs of this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- A tertiary qualification ideally in engineering, business, finance, economics, commerce, or law.
- Ability to guide the work of junior team members and manage assigned deliverables across multiple engagements.
