Advised the State of Queensland represented by the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service in respect of the operation of the Sunshine Coast University Hospital by Project Co under the Project Agreement (a public private partnership between the State of Queensland and Project Co).

Advised Laing O’Rourke in respect of the contract framework for the delivery of the Morley-Ellenbrook Line project ($700m) in Western Australia, Parramatta Light Rail project and the More Trains More Services infrastructure improvement program across New South Wales, all under an Alliance delivery model which adopted a collaborative partnership approach to risk allocation.

Advised Queensland Alumina Limited (a subsidiary of Rio Tinto) in respect of a $50m infrastructure upgrades for an aluminium refinery in Gladstone, Queensland.

Advised Yurika on multiple projects, including drafting and negotiating a construction contract, for the provision of 66kV overhead line extension and a construction contract for the provision of electrical services for the installation of 158 Wind Turbine Generators for Clarke Creek Wind Farm.

Advised DWS in respect of the acquisition of, and design and construct of 895 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley (project value approximately $110m).
