Delivered the alternative options review for the Brisbane Live Arena. This options assessment focussed on critically assessing the base case option against alternative location(s) and delivery options to determine feasibility from both a time to deliver and cost perspective.

Project Management of the Gabba Project Validation Report (PVR) as part of the State Government’s preparations for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games.
Brisbane 2032 – 60 Day Review
Supported the independent review of all Venues options for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games (60-Day Review). This included assessing all minor venues and the two major venues (Gabba Stadium and Brisbane Live Arena) to establish the best value masterplan and venues program for the Games and support for drafting of the report.
Brisbane 2032 – 100 Day Review
Support to the review of Main Stadium options and options for the delivery of the Brisbane Arena in partnership with Deloitte.
Rail PMO Diagnostic
We were engaged to complete a diagnostic review of the current rail portfolio management approach for rail. Skotte Group is currently undertaking further phases of work to implement recommendations from the diagnostic review.
Healthdirect Australia Data Strategy
We helped Health Direct Australia to review and identify the value of its data assets through a proof of concept exercise that demonstrated valuable data insights for its shareholders and partners. We delivered a data strategy and framework to support further policy and capability development work for had.
Social Housing Feasibility Modelling
We supported McLean Advisory to develop a user-friendly feasibility model to enable EDQ officers to assess alternative proponent bids for social and affordable housing projects. The model enabled EDQ’s evaluation team to assess each proponent’s bid individually taking into consideration optimal project yield, State Government funding commitments and other key indices.
Resilient Homes Fund (RHF) – Data Reporting & Governance
Designed and delivered data and reporting services and project managed the business case, development and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for the $741m Resilient Homes Fund (RHF). Supported broader program delivery, focusing on the provision of policy and advisory services to the RHF Program.
QLeave Remediation
Developed a remediation strategy within a complex regulatory setting and deliver core program and project management services. Supported the business to uplift their project management capability, review the existing CRM system and define future business requirements for system improvements.
Coates Workforce Planning
Developed a pilot workforce planning tool to enable the business capture and analyse employee utilisation and productivity and identify opportunities for improvement. Further work is now underway in relation to a business case to support rollout on a national level.
