Worked through the State Disaster Coordination Centre with key government agencies to form and implement the policy response to the National vaccination plan. Dealt with complex social policy in the context of pressure to open borders but to do so safely.

Established Commissioning NSW and a similar entity in Queensland Government to undertake service performance reviews, improvement strategies and test market competition to determine best public service outcomes. Spent two years working with ANZOG and other Government economist and professors, developing policy and practice guides to enhance government approaches. Lectured at University on the subject matter.

Program Director and Project Manager for the PVR tailored investment case for the redevelopment of the Gabba Stadium as part of the Brisbane 2032 Olympics Program.

Business case writer for the $550m Beerburrum to Nambour (B2N) Rail Upgrade Project which was successful in securing funding between the Australian and Queensland governments on a 70:30 basis.
Southeast Queensland Infrastructure and Program – Growth Management Queensland
Developed the annual capital investment program for Southeast Queensland including significant infrastructure including stadia, road and bridges, rail, hospitals, corrective facilities and others. Presented the budget impacts as part of the annual budget cycle to Government and oversaw implementation from a portfolio level.
Olympic Games Infrastructure Program
