Supported the delivery of an integrated data and reporting suite and CRM system for the Resilient Homes Fund in Queensland. The $741m Resilient Homes Fund is the first household resilience program of its kind in Australia.

Established and commissioned the data, insights, and analytics function for the Resilient Homes Fund. As part of the commissioning, undertook all the program management activities, including risks, decisions, reporting and governance. Further translated this into establishing a stream to deliver an integrated CRM solution.
