Resilient Homes Fund
Established and commissioned the data, insights, and analytics function for the Resilient Homes Fund. As part of the commissioning, undertook all the program management activities, including risks, decisions, reporting and governance. Further translated this into establishing a stream to deliver an integrated CRM solution. Led the implementation of Resilient Homes Fund CRM. Developed the business case, project governance, design and implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Payroll Response
Led the payroll response for Queensland Health after the system issues that resulted in wrong and no pays for Queensland Health staff. This included overseeing rectification of award interpretation to make pays accurate, correction of the new payroll operating model, change to pay dates to simplify the pay arrangement in health, dealing with over and underpayments and the tax implications. Managed complex stakeholders including unions, staff, ATO and broad health system CEOs and Government.
Financial Systems Renewal Project
Supported a successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA, which replaced the 20+ year old FAMMIS system at Queensland Health. Developed and managed the $150m budget and financial model as the Financial Controller, including monthly and annual reporting, accruals, month ends and associated system processes. Key role in the project office, including supporting the resourcing, procurement, benefits, and governance functions.
Microsoft Office 365
Led the Business Analysts stream in the project team that implemented the first cloud Microsoft Office 365 in Queensland Government.
