Strategic leadership, program directorship and commercial transaction management support for the rapid mobilisation and delivery of expanded quarantine facilities in southeast Queensland to support the State Government’s pandemic response.

Undertook a program turnaround to implement the ERP system for an organisation of over 160K staff. Reviewed the program, redeveloped the implementation approach, establish improved governance and negotiated additional Treasury funding and time to go-live. Highly complex, end to end process orchestration/workflow with significant change and data dependence.

Program managed the delivery stream for Queensland Government’s Advancing Queensland Priority – Be a Responsive Government.

Program Manager for the evaluation and monitoring of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games which included developing the Pre-Games and Post-Games reports. Also managed the reporting of Games-wide risks and issues to the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Executive Group.

Led the Business Analysts stream in the project team that implemented the first cloud Microsoft Office 365 in Queensland Government.

Advised the State of Queensland on the Gold Coast Light Rail (Stage 3) project, a public private partnership between the State of Queensland and Project Co, including the procurement of a design and construct contractor and independent verifier for Stage 3.
